William’s journey in aviation began as a Pilot with Amref Flying Doctors, where he honed his skills and passion for aviation over nine years. He then transitioned to Phoenix Aviation, where he served as Chief Pilot for an impressive fourteen years, overseeing operations and ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

In 2013, William assumed the role of Chief Pilot and Director of Flight Operations (DFO) at Kasas Kenya Ltd, where he continues to lead with distinction, guiding pilots and setting the bar for operational excellence in the aviation industry.

As the Flight Sim Head of Training and Instructor, William leverages his wealth of practical experience and deep understanding of aviation to mentor aspiring pilots and enhance the skills of seasoned professionals.
