Eric started his Aviation career in 1991 in USA and France. In 1993, he flew for various charter organizations, then joined a UN contracted company based in Lokichogio (Kenya) at the start of 1997.
Towards the end of 2000, Eric moved on to scheduled services with Air Kenya where he eventually became Head of Training. After a short two years break in 2004, he was involved in an international cargo operation flying the B747 the rejoined Air Kenya.
In 2010, Eric joined Kenya Airways as the E190 Captain and is now involved in their training department as a type rating instructor and examiner on the Embraer 190 AR.
